Construction
Construction is underway on the Pure Water Project Las Virgenes-Triunfo. Crews are building the critical infrastructure needed to create a local, drought-resilient water supply for the region. This includes a new Advanced Water Purification Facility in the City of Agoura Hills, approximately 20 miles of pipelines, supporting infrastructure upgrades, and reservoir integration.
Pipeline Construction
Pipeline construction is a major part of the Pure Water Project. New pipelines will be installed to carry water across the service area. Pipeline work is expected to occur in phases through three main cities: Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, and Thousand Oaks. As construction moves forward, city-specific updates will provide more detailed information about anticipated schedules, work areas, traffic changes, and potential local impacts.
Advanced Water Purification Facility Construction
Construction is also underway on the new Advanced Water Purification Facility in the City of Agoura Hills. This facility will use proven advanced treatment technologies to purify recycled water and support a more reliable local water supply. Construction activities at the facility site may include site preparation, utility work, equipment installation, building construction, and other related improvements.
