No construction work or roadway closures will occur on Monday, September 7, 2026, due to the Labor Day holiday. Work resumes Tuesday, September 8.
Activity
Along East Hillcrest Drive, crews finished paving and manhole installation on the North Conejo School Road to Lone Oak Drive segment. Starting Tuesday, September 8, crews will begin pipeline installation on the next segment, continuing west from Lone Oak Drive toward Erbes Road.
Along West Hillcrest Drive, crews anticipate completing final paving on the segment near McCloud Avenue on Tuesday, then begin potholing, asphalt removal, and pipeline installation on the next segment as work continues east.
Potholing along Agoura Road and Hampshire Road is set to continue through the week of 9/7. Potholing will continue along this corridor through mid to late September.

Ongoing daily, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
Traffic Impacts
Motorists should expect temporary lane closures, lane shifts, turn restrictions, flagging operations, and minor traffic delays in active work zones along Hillcrest Drive. Access to nearby properties, businesses, driveways, and local streets will be maintained wherever possible.
